So first buy more memory : 2GB [ if you have 1GB ]
If your system is Windows XP or Windows 7 Starter Edition , upgrade to Windows 7 Enterprise. [ + 50 % Fast ]
If you want more speed use Linux , its free , just search on “Google.com” , i recommended fedora for EEEpc .

This linux is realy fast.. but you cant do anything with it... i have one AcerAspireOne 110l Running Debian 6.0 that boots fast and its 1000000000000000000000 times better than the original OLD Acer (Fedora 6.0) Linux
